Founder: Jonathan Cromwell

JonathanEDUCATION:

Jonathan has been in the real estate business since 2005 and achieved his Broker’s license after only three years in the business. He first started his real estate business at the age of 21 with only an Associates in General Studies from Navarro Junior College and very quickly complete his B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Business from the University of North Texas. He holds a Masters of Secondary Education from Texas A&M Commerce and has completed many real estate courses over the years in sharpening his knowledge of the business.

EXPERIENCE:

Jonathan started his career with Century 21 Judge Fite and was able to experience many unique transactions with lots of experience surrounding him in the office. He very aware of the benefits received when you “surround yourself with great people” and continues to run his business with good genuine people. He waisted no time with investing in real estate and purchased his first rental property only one year after obtaining his real estate license. He has since built a solid portfolio of properties in Ellis and Collin Counties as well as a small cabin on Lake Texoma. Jonathan has experience with property management, house flipping, long term rentals, short term rentals, new construction, working closely with banks on opinions of value, land sales, and of course residential real estate.

FAMILY:

The single most important thing in Jonathan’s life is his family. Jonathan has been married to Sarah for eight years this year and they are high school sweethearts. They have two awesome boys named Rocky and Rhett with another baby boy (Raiden) expected in mid November. The Cromwell’s are an active family that spends a lot of their time outside scattering toys across the backyard, doing canon balls in the pool, and taking long walks pretty much down the middle of the road through the neighborhood! They are a loving family and Jonathan understands that your family is as important to you as his is to him. Many of Jonathan’s clients are families! With that being said, it will not take you long to realize that Jonathan genuinely cares about your families financial security and happiness.
